Our philosophy begins with the end goal in mind.  Every company has a different goal, what does your company want to achieve?  Some want a better web presence to get their name out there, some want to get their old customers back in the door, some want new customers in the door and others just don’t have time and want help optimizing their existing systems.

But, no matter what stage you’re at, we feel it is necessary that every business is positioned for growth, whether they need to grow immediately or in the future.  We like to ensure that these marketing systems are in place so that a company can properly achieve the growth they desire.

R4 Marketing Framework

We like to use the R4 Marketing Framework to help determine what where a company’s strengths and weaknesses are found.  This helps to recognize what types of marketing systems are needed in order to help achieve the desired goals.

At the bottom of the R4 Marketing Framework is Reputation.  It’s easier than every for your customers to say things about you and to see what others are saying about you.  Without a proven Reputation Marketing plan, it is difficult to control and manage your online reputation as a few bad apples can ruin everything you’ve worked hard to build over the years.

Building upon the foundation of Reputation, the next marketing system is Reach.  Once you’ve established your Reputation Online, we feel it is the right time to spend money and increase the amount of people you reach.  You need to ensure that more people know about you today than they did yesterday in order to continue growing your company and increasing sales.  But, it is important that Reputation precedes Reach, or else you could be wasting your marketing budget increasing your Reach, only to find that your Reputation is turning them away.

Once you’ve increased your Reach, now is the time to increase the lifetime value of your customer by using the marketing system of Resell.  When you resell your customers, you could also be cross-selling complimentary products or services, or upselling them to a more expensive product or service.  By increasing the value of each transaction and ensuring that your customers come back regularly, you are making sure that your Reach campaigns produce an effective return on your investment into marketing.

So, now you’ve worked hard get new customers and keeping them happy; good job!  The next marketing system that we like to use is Referral.  Everyone knows that referrals are great to have since people have a tendency to trust the recommendations of their friends and family.  If we could just build our whole business on referrals, it would be great!  By actively asking for referrals and setting up systems to automate referrals, you can be sure that your customers will be sharing about your awesome products and services with their friends and family, which in essence, is building up your foundation of Reputation again!
